Shipping policy

Our shipping rates are based on total order value:

Standard Delivery (£0.00 - £99.99)	3 - 5 days	£4.99
Standard Delivery (£100+)	3 - 5 days	Free Delivery
Express Delivery (Next-working day)	1 day	£5.99

 

During most of the year, we aim to process all orders by 13:00 Monday to Friday for same-day despatch. During peak periods this may not be possible so please email in if your order is urgent to discuss the options available.  If items cannot be dispatched on the same day they will go out on the next working day.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination. Please contact us for International Rates.

Special rates apply for Europe, Rest of World, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the islands including Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. If you do not see shipping options for your location available at checkout, please contact the team and we will be happy to help.

As many of our items are large heat presses or ovens, they require special pallet couriers to deliver the items as they are too heavy for most couriers or Royal Mail. Pallet couriers calculate the cost based off dimensions, weight and deliery postcode. If you have any queries regarding your delivery rate then please contact us and we'll be happy to check or explain for you.

We do not offer a collection service at the moment. However, we do dispatch items fast and if you have any special requests regarding delivery please contact us and we will be happy to help as much as we can.
